Data Sufficiency section is generally a simple section and it is easy to achieve 100% strike rate in this section.
The first step would be to get lots of practice. Secondly try to determine the appropriate time allotted to this section. Many people goof up this section just because they try to haste through this section.
To attempt this section you must adopt the following strategy:
1. Analyse why a particular problem is going wrong.
2. Before marking the option go back and check the question and go through the two statements as well (if you feel it is required). Check what the question is “specifically” asking for.
3. It may be important to delve deeper at times, but don’t become over-cautious as far as attempting these questions are concerned.
It may be important to thoroughly analyze previous tests repeatedly so as to improve long run accuracy.
